The field teams of each Division are controlled by a Sales Manager who is responsible for the development of business of his respective Division. Their performance is reviewed by

the managing director and senior marketing managers on a continuous basis.

The area sales managers usually control small geographical territories compromising

of 5 to 6 medical representatives for effective control and maximizing output.

 

The company gives great importance to in house and field training to Medical Sales Representatives and Managers. The programmes are designed on a monthly as well

as quarterly intervals to suit the needs of the team. The programmes are conducted

by the Product Management Team with all latest techniques and developments

in the medical field.

 

The company has a strong marketing services division which manages effective distribution

 through distributors located in all states and control distribution of samples and promotional material. The computer department provides all essential marketing and field statistical data      for the purpose of analysis and future planning for products and man power.

The company is having well controlled marketing and distribution channel with a dynamic

field force of around 200 field personnel meeting over 30,000 Doctors and around 60,000 Pharmacies regularly. The company is poised for growth in the coming future, much above the industry's growth rate.
