Psychotropics India Limited started its manufacturing activities over two decades ago at the DLF, Industrial Area , Mathura Road, Faridabad, India with Tablets, Capsules and External applications.
Persuant to its corporate philosophy for continuous growth, improvement and global ambitions, the company has re-located its manufacturing operations at the state of the art manufacturing plants at one of the best industrial sites in India-SIDCUL, Haridwar, upnorth India. The company has four independent manufacturing facilities in a total area of seven acres in the picturesque pollution free and green surroundings of Shivalik Hills and has the following dosage forms :

Some of the salient features of the design of the manufacturing facilities are as follows:

(a)The manufacturing facilities are in separate blocks.
(b)Segregation of every critical processing activity in each zone to avoid cross contamination.
(c)No wood or asbestos used.
(d)Each processing area has separate AHU's
(e)Each processing area conforming to USF standard 209E class of cleanliness, viz 100,1000,10000,and 100000 with respect to room air changes, pressure, flow direction and particle count.
(f)DUO pass RO system, multistage distillation plant with loop system, water for injection with online monitoring of pH, temperature, conductivity a TOC requirement.
(g)Isolated and dedicated production facilities for non-betalactum and beta-lactum dosage forms.

The plants are equipped with high speed machines and integrated packaging lines from the best manufacturers in India for cost effectiveness like multi-station tablet press, high speed vials and ampoules filling lines, high speed liquid lines as well as capsules, creams and lotions are some of the examples.
All the machines are PLC based.
Our soap manufacturing facility is one of the best and many top brands of medicated and cosmetic soaps are being produced for multinational and leading Pharma companies of India.
