The company does not believe in
dumping of the goods at distributors or stockist level
therefore, a regular flow of goods & inventory
planning is done carefully so as to avoid excess unsold
stocks at any level. There is a regular system of
monitoring the primary & secondary sales every month.
This has helped the company to win over the confidence of
trade & ensuring that the medical representatives do
not enter into unhealthy practices of showing artificial
sales volumes. The company has appointed state wise
distributors through which the goods are supplied only to
its accredited stockist. Presently the major distribution
