Mr. Navdeep Chawla (Managing Director)
Mr. Navdeep Chawla was born on 13 August 1956 in a small town Fazilka, Punjab. His success has been parallel to our country’s success post independence. He started his career as a medical representative with CIBA specialties in 1978. He worked for 7 years in different Pharma companies & finally resigned in 1985 from Themis Laborites as a Regional Manager Sales to set up his very own company - Psychotropics India Limited. He started the company with a specialty group in the beginning, Psychiatry. The company progressed manifolds under his guidance year on year. In 1990, Mr. Chawla decided to enter into other segments & the rest is history. Mr. Chawla is associated with lot of social & charitable organizations. His leadership skills are appreciated & he has been the president of prestigious Rotary Club & many different industry associations. Having worked in medical profession for over 20 years, Mr. Chawla always had the urge to give something back to the society. He finally set up a 100 bedded multi specialty charitable hospital in Faridabad, around 25 kms from New Delhi. Mr. Chawla is a complete family man & likes to spend his free time either playing golf or with his family.

Mr. Siddharth Chawla (Director)
Mr. Siddharth Chawla joined Psychotropics in year 2004 as a management trainee. He worked in different departments of the company to get his first hand experience. Says Mr. Chawla, “When I joined the company, everything seemed perfect. The systems were there & people were abiding the same. The staff was highly motivated & had the passion to achieve their set goals. I was amazed to see the corporate culture we had in our organization.” Mr. Chawla worked extremely hard to conceive, design & then finally setting up a new Schedule M compliant, GMP certified manufacturing facility in Uttrakhand. This was Psychotropics 2nd unit that came into production in June 2006. Under his leadership, the company has Further set up 3rd manufacturing facility, totally dedicated to Beta Lactum products. Mr. Siddharth Chawla is a Management Graduate from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland. He did specialization in marketing & then joined the family business.Mr.Chawla looks after the Newly launched generic business, exports & new product development.

Mr. S. B. Nautiyal (Technical Director)
Mr. S. B. Nautiyal is working with Psychotropics since 1991. He joined the company as a production chemist. The company had mere 25 people including both technical & non technical at that time. He has an experience of over 2 decades & has oceans of knowledge behind him. Mr. Nautiyal eventually became the Technical Director of the company in year 2002. He is in direct touch with all the general managers & other technical staff of the company based in 3 different manufacturing locations. Mr. Nautiyal did MSC in Chemistry in year 1975 from Garwhal University & eventually MSC in 1978 from University of Delhi.
